School Email/Domain Issues

Hi everyone,

Hi, I am a student at a government school in Morocco. My school doesn't provide student emails. I have a valid enrollment certificate with my name HAMZA AHLIOUA and dated 2026-03-26. I've already updated my billing name and info to match the document perfectly, but the automated system keeps blocking me at the 'school email' step. How can I get a manual review? Since your school doesn't give out emails, you're getting stuck in a loop.

• Tell the system you don't have an email: When applying, look for a small link or checkbox that says "I do not have a school-issued email." Im not 100% sure if there is a button for this.
• Use your phone to take a photo: Instead of uploading a digital file, take a real-time photo of your physical enrollment certificate (the one with your name, HAMZA AHLIOUA, on it).
• Wait for a human: If it still fails, you have to contact GitHub Support directly. Create a ticked and then Mention your post number (Automated rejection: No school email available (Government school student) #195726) so they know you’ve already tried the standard way.

It's annoying, but since your document is perfectly valid, you just need a human to look at it instead of the bot.
