Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hello,
I am an active undergraduate student at Istanbul University and I am applying using my verified student email address.
The issue is not with my document itself. The problem is that the GitHub Education camera verification system automatically degrades/compresses the captured image quality before verification.
Because of this, the OCR system cannot detect:
even though all of them are clearly visible on the original document.
I already tested:
and the same issue happens on every device.
The current application flow forces camera-only verification and does not allow PDF/file upload.
Has anyone found a solution for this issue or is there another way to verify my student status?
Thank you.
