Unable to Apply Teacher Education status- Neither Govenrment Issued Academic Document nor University Staff Card accepted, Kütahya Health Sciences University

Hi everyone,

Our students could get student benefits as they registered mail wrongly name.surname@ksbu.edu.tr for staff email address and for students name.surname@ogr.ksbu.edu.tr ogr means ogrenci which means student. I applied for Teacher status but rejected three times, I added billing address (university address) and name and surname correctly. I tried to send as an image University staff id card, and YOK (Higher Education Council) issued academic staff document (from government portal) it is also denied. When i translated and uploaded sisde by side, system said you already uploaded same document you could not upload again. Of course i will upload same document because it is the proof i am an instructor at Kutahya Health Sciences University, Computer Engineering Dept. I hope it will be fixed soon.
