GitHub's automated system usually rejects applications if your physical location doesn't match the campus, so just reapplying through the standard form probably won't work. Instead, try opening a direct support ticket with GitHub Support. By bypassing the automated system, you can get a real human to review your case. Attach your advisor's supervision letter to the ticket and briefly explain your off-campus research situation. Hang in there! |

Hi everyone,
I am a PhD student in Germany. I have my registrar signed enrollment certificate. I am not on university campus because my project requires me to be in another city in a research institution because the project that I am working for is a team project including a team and my university advisor, who is employed by both the university and the research institution. I have already provided a signed supervision letter from my advisor which explains my working conditions clearly. My profile is complete with my name and university e-mail address. But my application is rejected for third time. I do not know what else can I do apart from applying again and again. Please help!
